Chris Eder is a highly motivated and dedicated individual with a passion for both technology and music. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Music Education from Cedarville University and has since honed his skills in the field of technology. Chris began working at IGS Energy in 2007 and is currently the Technology Support Manager where he leads a team that focuses on providing top-notch "White Glove Support" to their customers.

In addition to his work at IGS Energy, Chris is also the President of the Mid-Ohio HDI local chapter where he continues to grow his knowledge and expertise in the field of technology support.

Aside from his professional achievements, Chris is a family man who enjoys spending time with his wife and kids. He is an avid football fan and is especially passionate about Ohio State football. In his free time, Chris loves to play games and relax with family and friends, especially around a firepit.

Megan is a graduate of Kent State University where she majored in managerial marketing and minored in Sales. She now works as a Solutions Consultant for EasyIT where her primary goal is to create valuable IT solutions for potential clients. Megan spends a great deal of time doing what she loves, networking! Her networking groups include the Dublin Chamber, Columbus Chamber, Ambassador for the Westerville Chamber, Columbus Women in Sales, Business First events, and various small groups in the technology space. Megan also enjoys volunteering with Small Biz Cares, The Driven Foundation, and Tee It Off for Brain Tumors. In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband, running with her dog, hiking, and exploring all that Columbus has to offer!  

Rocky is a Cincinnati, Ohio native. Starting his career in management of Chick-fil-A Rocky gained a love for leading people and helping implement best practices. That passion has followed Rocky to the IT industry. In 2015 Rocky began his Service Desk journey as a Level 1 analyst working for Atos supporting public sector clients. In the years following Rocky would serve in Level 1, Level 2, Admin, Team Lead and Training/Quality roles. In June 2022 Rocky was brought into Unisys in the role of Operations Manager. It was at Unisys Rocky was introduced to HDI and a part of the HDI certification process seeing the Unisys team receive a 3.5/4 rating. Outside of leading his teams at Unisys, Rocky enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife Allie, is involved in his local church and with what free time he can find, loves going to play disc golf and catching tournament coverage on the Disc Golf Network. Rocky and Allie welcomed Willow Joanna McGuire, their first kiddo, in January 2022.

Rick is a Cleveland, Ohio, native living in central Ohio and B.S. graduate of Ohio University. He currently works as the Manager of the IT Solutions team at T. Marzetti Company in Westerville. He has been a member of the Central Ohio IT community since 1993 and in leadership positions since 2002. In addition, he has worked at The Limited, Cardinal Health, Chase, The Scotts Company, Progressive Medical and Quantum Health. He has a passionate interest in continuous improvement of his leadership skills while providing excellent customer service to his IT services "customers". In support of his passions, he has attained several ITIL certifications and is a member of HDI, SDI and ATP. Other interests include spending time with his wife and three children; serving as CFO of the non-profit Carl Spackler Open, Inc.; golfing and camping.
